  106.     There are totally 19 modifications in this version, including
  107.     enhancements and minor bugs fixing. Most of them are transparent
  108.     to users. There are many possible enhancements on my list, but I
  109.     spent most of the time during the past two months working on DCP
  110.     and DUP. More enhancement will be done in next version.
  111.  
  112.     -> Fix a bug which happens after a write operation is interrupted.
  113.     -> Fix the change line problem. When user DIR disk 1 followed by
  114.        reading and writing disk 2 then DIR again, DOS sometimes show
  115.        the directory of disk 1 not disk 2, although disk 2 has been
  116.        copied flawlessly. This is fixed in this version.
  117.     -> Fix the "long" delay problem. When DCF v4.0 encountered error
  118.        during a read or write operation and users choose to SKIP or
  119.        Retry, sometimes there is a "long" delay (about 3 seconds.)
  120.        This is unnecessary and is fixed.
  121.     -> If "analyze" is on, DCF v4.0 gives warning when user tries to
  122.        copy a low density to a high density disk but not the other way
  123.        around. In this version, DCF gives warning in both cases.
  124.     -> To make the DCF.EXE as small as possible (so that users can
  125.        load more tracks in memory instead of hard disk.) the on-line
  126.        help is removed from DCF.EXE and becomes a stand alone program.
  127.     -> Users can run DCFHELP.EXE and REGISTER.COM either on-line or
  128.        off-line.
  129.     -> If a new disk is sensed, i.e. user has already remove old disk
  130.        and insert a new one, DCF will read or write immediately without
  131.        asking user to press the enter key.
  132.
